International Taxes and Duties

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to  These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If you refuse any shipments from Olenka, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Olenka. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We urge our customers to select carefully and reference our sizing chart prior to any purchases. Our online customer service representative will be happy to help with questions regarding sizing, styling, and order placement.

When placing your order with Olenka, you automatically agree to the online returns policy outlined below. Please contact us at shop@olenka-olenka.com for our in store returns policy.

  • We do not offer cash refunds, we offer Store Credit only.
  • We only issue refunds unless we have sent you the wrong order or faulty item.
  • We happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order being received. This is provided that the garment is in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or washed, the original tags must still be attached and in the original packaging.
  • We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.  If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.
  • Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • For all swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place, returns will not be accepted if removed or altered.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately via email and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
  • For items that are FINAL SALE - Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns (exchanges, refunds or credit notes) on these marked items.
  • Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
  • We do not process straight exchanges. If you require a different size, you will need to return your item for a store credit. You can then use this to purchase your correct sizing. *Note: Sizing is subject to product availability.
  • Store credits can only be used ONE TIME and cannot be reimbursed again.
  • Purchases made with Store Credits cannot be returned.
  • Store Credits are valid for one year from date of issue.
  • If you have made a purchase with mixed cash and store credit payment, you will receive a Store Credit valued to the cash difference paid only.
  • Purchased items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour. Should you prefer an alternative style, please return your item and purchase the new piece separately at www.olenka-olenka.com
  • All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
  • As our flagship and online stores are separate entities, we cannot accept cross returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges - International Customers

  • By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms.
  • We do not currently offer free exchanges for International Customers due to high shipping costs. You will receive a Store Credit code if you wish to exchange your item for another size or color.
  • Once your tracking number states that is has landed in your country, we do not have access to calling your country's Postal Service.
  • We do not offer refunds original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax / duty for import to delivery destinations outside Indonesia.

 

How to initiate a return

  1. Place item(s) in the original packaging, and tape securely.
  2. Email shop@olenka-olenka.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Once we have reviewed and approved your initiated return request, we will authorise it and send a mandatory RA form with return address. Complete the enclosed return form and attach this with your returning item.

Please do not send back your return prior to authorization. Any returns sent back without an RA Form or authorization will not be accepted or processed and will be destroyed onsite.

  1. Once authorized, you may send back your parcel. We recommend you use a reputable courier company or by a registered express mail service for safe delivery. Please be sure to email shop@olenka-olenka.com with the postal tracking number so that we may monitor the safe journey to our Returns Team. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange  
  2. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and you will receive email notification of this. Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to quality check and approve the return garment.
  3. Once approved, we will issue a store credit to the value of your original purchase.

Olenka Flagship Store Bali

  • Due to the nature of "holiday shopping" we urge our customers to check their garments and if necessary, all returns must be addressed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Please note: Our Bali stores CANNOT accept return parcels. They CANNOT ship out exchanges to our travelling customer's home countries. Returns and exchanges MUST be done in person and addressed by the shop of purchase.


Sale Items

Sale items and those purchased with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Olenka has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed or worn will not be accepted.
